| Hello all, I am new to the forum and am looking for some help and guidance. I am looking to getting my first BMW, I was also looking at MB E-Class, leaning towards the 5 series instead. I am looking for a 525it or 540it at least a 2001 or newer model and have some questions.
1. Is buying a a 540 worth the extra money
2. I am looking at both 01 540it (about $30k with 35k miles) and an 02 525it (about $25k with 38k miles) which should I consider a better deal. A newer car with a 6 cyl or an older car with an 8cyl
Please let me know what you guys think
