91bmw n00b Join Date: Sep 2010 Car: Posts: 3 Photos:	New to site with Headlights shutting off while driving Hello I am new to this page and new to ever having a BMW I am from the U.S and I have just been stationed in The home town of the BMW so I had to buy one but the one I got has a problem with the head lights at night, It seems that when I am driving they shut off and I have to hit the brights and watch for the lows to kick back on what causes this to happen? I have seen in a few threads they talk about an LKM just what is that and if that could be the problem where is it located at. Oh it is a 1991 525I.
