Thumbs up

On Monday, I just had new rotors and pads put on the front and when I stop they make a knocking or clicking sound. Is this normal for new pads and will go away or did the shop mess up somehow?

any advice will help.

You should not hear any noises, specially the ones you're describing!

I hope they installed the correct pads! Some of the pads have a tab which sticks out. Look for any wear on the tabs if you can. this will be an indication of rubbing.

Can I see the tab part of the pads without removing the tire? Where do I look for the tab?

Look at the brake pads. The tire may have to be removed for better clarity. If I were you, I would take it back to the shop.
