If you wish to change your interior trim, go to the dealer. Every aftermarket trim set I've seen, is a cheesy thin overlay that fits on top of your exisiting trim. I would have a top quality wood trim over a cheesy black overlay any day.
The best angel eye kit available, is from umnitza.com. As the popularity of these has gone through the roof, there are many cheap versions out there. Beware. These fog, are dim, and fit poorly.
As for wheels, I like black with a polished lip as well. One of my favs on a black car. Haven't seen any that seem proper on a 5er, but if I do, I'll let ya know. In the mean time, you might check out wheelexchange.com, I've never used them, but many here have, and recomend them. I've emailed them, and they seem like good folks.
