I have owned 2 Porsches in the past and a Mustang 5.0.
Ford quit carrying parts for the Mustang but Porsche (and aftermarket) - I can get any part I need for a Porsche - going all the way back into the late 70's.
A friend of mine had a BMW a long time ago and his experience was the same. Parts will not be a problem for a long long time.
