P1250 is "FUEL LEVEL TOO LOW" code. level to low to run monitor

P1189 is a Fuel control problem - Bank2 Sensor1

P1250, like the code suggests requires that you fill your tank to an acceptable level. At least 1/4th tank.

P1189 suggests Bank2 Sensor1 - that is your pre-CAT oxygen sensor for cylinders 3-6

*fuel control problems are sometimes complicated; and oftentimes, just because you get a code-it doesn't mean that replacing the part mentioned will correct your prob. But it is a start...

you also need to know that sensors will only work correctly if your engine is mechanically sound - so for fuel & emissions probs, for cars with an unknown history of maintenance; the rule-of-thumb is do a tune-up first before you probe electrics.

Good Luck.
