Hello,
A little background: I have always only purchased and driven very utilitarian cars. This summer, in France, I was upgraded to a BMW since the car I had reserved was not available. Well in 10 days I fell in love and finally understood why people want to buy a "nice" car. I have the opportunity to purchase a 1995 530i with 250,000 miles on the enginefrom a friend of a family member. I am taking it to a mechanic today to have it checked out. The car has been serviced regularly and has not been in any accidents and CARFAX comes out clean. I am buying it for my teenage daughter who will only be driving it around suburbia. Any thoughts, ideas, opinions? I am a single mom so I am in need of help.
Thanks so much,.
That's how BMW designates each progressive version of a given model series. From 1988 to 1996, the 5 series was the E34 version. Your thread here is in that (this) section.
