| New 550i Tire Size Change
I am picking up my new 550i with Sport/Pkg on Friday. This car comes with stock monster tires on it. 275-30 19s rear and 245/35 19s in the front. I drive on some pretty bad roads here in NYC.
My question is, do I purchase the tire and rim insurance for $1000 or do I buy the same tires but up the side wall size to 40 for the rear and 45 for the front?
The tires will cost me more, but I would be protecting the rims if I used this size tire. |
