My headlight went out today and I need to replace it. The brighter the better. I have had the middle of the line sylvania lights (cool blue) and i dont like them. They blew to often. Any other suggestions? Are the silver stars good?
Also what kind are they? And can i pick them up at a local parts store?
Uses H7 for both low beams and fog lights. Silverstars are your best bet based on recommendations from other members. Where to get them? autobarn, com
Do not get PIAA bulbs (based on experience). Other members have said silverstars resembled the HID light (kind of white/blueish color, street legal)
I will go with the silver stars and see how they do. I was just weary of sylvania because we got some cool blue ones for our protege5 and they lasted all of 2 months.
I found them at a local parts store for 40 for two which seems to be the going price.
