I was wondering if anyone has done this conversion, and if they had any pics to help me along. I just recieved my box from Eurosport design and I am stuck as to where to start. They came with some instructions but they are pretty hard to understand, and bmwtips has the same info.


Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

See also "rsmillar"'s post to my current thread on Roadfly, smae subject. He shared some more photos and insight from his job.

In addition to what I said over at my photo thread above, the other keys are as follows:
- use that spacer washer on the lower inboard stud, between the new light assemblies and the body
- use that machined metal ring as indicated in the photo.
- Do NOT over-tighten! Tighhten by hand with a nut-driver (like a screw-driver with the 8mm socket on the end) and you'll feel them come to a hard stop after compressing the gasket a bit. That's it - don't tighten any further.
- Research as many others' installs as you can find on-line. Then, go for it!
