Question Need Help with Brakes - E34

Just installed roters and calipers and bled the brakes on a 92 E34 (535i) and when I finished, the message "brake linings" is on the dash. this wasn't on there prior.

Is there something I need to do to reset this? Or did I do something wrong here? This has never occurred before - need some help...

thanks

edit: the brake sensors we reinstalled on new pads too.

Most likely, you just need to replace the brake wear sensors.

If it wasn't on before and it is now you broke/activated the sensor.. no worries, they are cheap.. but it is time to replace it.
