I have a brand new bmw 545i and i am very interested in getting a full AC Achnitzer Body kit and rims does anybody know somebody in So. Cal that can help me with this...i have checked out the ac schnitzer webpage but there is no Pricing

The best place, espcially for AC schnizter in los angeles is D2-Teknik (spelling?) Search them, they are really popular. They made the front cover of bimmer mag a few months ago with a ACS body e65 with hamman rims.
