Exclamation Need Held Identifying Rusted Part For 2000 528i (**Pictures Inside**)

Okay everyone. A couple of days ago I noticed a weird noise coming from under the car. I jacked it up and took a look underneath. I found what I think is a rusted exhaust clamp? It looked like it was fastening the muffler on the underside of the car.

I'm really not well versed in the terms, but here are some pictures. If anyone has an idea of what this is and where the best place to order it from would be, please let me know. The help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Once again, thanks!

The twisted part suggests that it's an exhaust clamp/hanger.

Do you know of where I could pick one up at? I did some good searching but I couldn't find a part that looked similar to this one.
If you could shoot me a link that would be wonderful.

Thanks for the help, I appreciate it.

I believe most exhaust shops would have one that will fit. And you wanna get one made from stainless steel to avoid that happening again.

should be # 9 in this diagram. Take the part #s from here and call your local BMW dealer and order whichever parts you need. Bracket should be mounted to the rear of the transmission then clamped to the exhaust. Any parts needed should be found in the linked diagram.
