my car keeps missing at 1500-2000 revs

hi all i have a bme 520d e60 55 reg
the prob is that it keeps missing at about 15000 to 20000 revs not all the time if you put your foot down it clears it happens in all gears as far as i can make out its been doing this for a few weeks and as time gos bye more and more aften
ave renewd air fillter and the fual fillter and ran the tank all most emty put redx in and evan used other fule surpilers just can not put my finger on the prob can any one help plzs

morning the car was doing the same from cold then when it got warm was ok for a bit then was doing as I but in the post above help me plzs

i'm guessing you mean, 1500 to 2000 rpm?

is there a check engine light on?

yer i do m8 no there no lights on
taken some pits off today to ave a good look around to see if i could see owt out of the nor
when i taken the pip off that comes from the turbo intercooler to the throttoe body i seen bits of oil and dry oil so i looked up the throttoe body and that was the same is this normal or do i have a problem if so what would be the prob and is this what makeing it miss thanks for your help

I don't think those oil spots should be there at all.

Sometimes a miss like that is due to one, or some of the injectors going bad.

can any one tell me if its normal to have bit of oil in the air intake hose from the intrecoola two the throttoe body plzs

what i've been reading is people saying that the pcv valve was stuck open and needed to be replaced or the seals on the compressor side of the turbo was leaking oil...

you might want to replace the pcv valve first, it's cheap and real easy to do.
