Is there anyone that can tell me the difference between these 2 engines in the E39 4.4litre V8.

Whut? ACS produces a engine? That's news to me. So im gonna have to go with the M engine.

I actually do realize both are BMW engines.........I simply wondered if and what mods these two cars have in the engine department ?

Oh you are reffering to the e39 ACS car and the M5. Yeah sorry I'm not up to date on the ACS e39 but hopefully someone will come by and post here in a second or two.

It seems the ACSchnitzer ACS5 SPORT (Their top of the range e39) Runs exactly the same 0-60 times and has exactly the same torque output as the M5. But in MHO looks much better.

Follow this link to an ACSchnitzer pdf which shows the diferences between their cars and the the BMW originals - The 3.0 diesel may surprise a few people, and that's exactly the car I want next.
