what kind of mileage should I be getting, my OBC says from 14-18 mostly city driving. is that right?! I have a 95 bmw 525i, and aside from getting regular oil changes @ Jiffy Lube (every 3000 mls)...I haven't done anything to the engine (no tune-ups or anything)....I heard there is a way to recalibrate the OBC MPG thing...how?

Reason: changed 'all' to 'mostly'
next time your at the pumps do the calculation your self on how much you used. its more accurate then the computer. you should be getting at least 20mpg with that engine if you arent driving like a maniac all the time... (thats city driving highway will be more)
MPG = miles per gallon. So zero a trip odometer on a fill up. Note the exact amount you pump on the next fill up and divide that number into the reading on the trip odometer.
