I have been exploring one of the best innovative ways to dress-up the plastic grill spacer opening between the two front fog lights in my 540i for quite sometime that could closely mimic an M series without over spending with an M-style bumper. My last resort seeking a genuine idea was this very same forum. Not too surprisingly to me, my open ended query was promptly responded by Michael Levasseur, one of our genius minds of this forum offering his assistance to make my dream come alive. I am so excited to finish the project with Michael's extraordinary help. Last but not least, my hats-off in front of these forum moderators for providing such an unthinkable connectivity and creativity between minds residing at vast distant corners of BMW world of friends and families. As a token of my many thanks, I present below a close-up of "Michael's Innovative Mesh Grill Insert".
Those photos are wonderful.Im down here in Palmerston North...New Zealand......and would love to know where i can get that mesh front end for my 96 540i. Email with some details if you can etc. thanks ever so much.
Guys, like he said in his post, it was made by Michael (username mrmpl) on this forum. I'm sure Michael would help you out if you PM or email him.
