Looks good, but the drilling on the trunk lid makes me think twice...

i know i was thinking the same. it makes me cringe. but its better then stick on that way it wont get stolen or come off going 300 mph =P.
there is no other way to mount it. it is how the factory does it. maybe i can have someone drill the holes for me and mount it. i dont think i have the guts to drill 4 holes through my Baby like that. lol

Tottalled my Bimmer.....
racing through my favorite canyon road at night. came to gradual right turn and BAM! a deer in the middle of the road. SLIT SECOND DECISION - swerve left and go off the cliff (no guardrail), go strait and hit the deer, or swerve right and hit the mountain. so, my instictive decision was to tap on the brake and swerve right. my back end hit some sand and cut loose flipping my car as my front end hit the side of the mountain. rolled and landed on the roof of my car. got out, punched the car and laughed with my friends who were in the back seat how crazy that was.

Oh Mann! That sucks! Deers have caused so many accidents.
I'm glad you were able to laugh about it and no one was hurt.
I was in a car that flipped over once, a stationwagen with 7 of us in it!
Nobody was hurt.
