Hey, I wanted to know what problems will occur if I remove my MAF sensor on my M30 in my E34.

Got to have it to run. That's what measures the airflow. BTW, it's a Air Flow Meter (AFM) (old technology) not a MAF (Mass Air Flow Sensor) New Technology. Two different animals.

Jack Dabsy will become famous soon enough
If you unplug it, it will give a false reading to the ECU and alter the mixture...
If you want to unplug it, then get a diode that you stick in the wiring plug to confuse the ECU ... This tells the ECU that the engine is still "Cold" and fuels it more - giving about +5hp...
But if you want extra power then remap the ECU !!

Eso es todo!
