Lubro Moly's - BMW Forum

Just received my new copy of "Fast Times" the newsletter by Bararian Autosport and in it they recomend using Lubro Moly's Jectron and Venti Sauber every other month. What's the story are they a good thing? I have a 2000 528i w/65000 miles.
Also, what is done for service at 70,000 or 75,000? Can if be done by DIY?

I don't much about those products.. You don't really need that stuff unless you do lots of hard driving...
In regards to the service, look at the repair manual for the E34 on this forum and follow the same schedule.
a few things to remember,
oil changes every 4k or year depending on your driving
replace brake fluid/flush radiator every three years
inspect air filter and cabin filters (for the air cond)
That's the only maintenbeance you need until you hit 100k... then replace plugs, maybe oxygen sensors... etc
