I wish I can be of some help.....But I am in Jersey...If U R new to the area why not try to find a couple of places in the yellow pages, pay them a visit and try to talk to them and/or to some of their customers??

Where in central Mass do you live? There's a pretty decent Independent Mechanic in Natick that I've had good success with. They charge like $65 per hour as opposed to $100 at the dealer.
They are called Autobahn.

If you don't mind going much closer to Boston, my mechanic is in Brookline and he charges $55 per hour and is very good. Place is called Automotion and he does great stuff with BMW and Mercedes.
