Looking for an Engine for my E60.

Hi everybody,
i own a E60 vin is: WBANC51070B122610. I love it but never get a chance to enjoy it. Engine sucked couple months after i lend it to my brother. He bought an E39 engine to replace the original one. I'm thinking about buying another E60 engine but i'm just a student. What would you advise, where can i buy parts to make my car look good if i'm not that rich ? I got some pictures if one is interested in helping me get the car up and running and look nice. Thanks much.

Whats wrong with the engine exactly?

An E39 engine is different then the E60 engine and may require modification to make fit. An E60 M5 engine (500hp V10) would be the best engine you can get for it. However expect one to cost a considerable amount of money.
