Hey i have a 99 540i and Iv been looking for some Dinan parts for it. Where is the best place to get parts. Im looking to chip this vehicle too, any suggestions?
Im looking for intake, exhaust, and a chip to start. Im not sure if Dinan is the best option or if there is something better out there. So any advise would be great, Im new to Bmw, I just bought the car saturday actually.
Well, intake and exhaust are pretty similar no matter what tuner you use.
The one difference between my Dinan exhaust and many other aftermarket options is that mine only makes loud happy noises when I'm at more than half throttle. It sounds absolutely great.
In terms of software, Dinan software is very good, no question about it. You'll never throw a check engine light due to Dinan products.

The best place is your local Dinan dealer. If you can't afford that, look through the classifieds section on this website and on bimmerforums.com, and also on ebay. However, beware of forgeries if you're not buying direct from a Dinan dealer.
