It seems that the Window Wiper motor is damaged on my '93 525i. When I flip them on, one arm just fidgets and the other does nothing at all. Is it even common at all to have to replace those?

AND the power mirrors on my car no longer work. both sides are dead. I am not even sure if it's a motor issue on those or if it's more common for the switch itself to crap out, or what the deal is even. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

All these little motors add up to several hundred.

may sound stupid, but before you run around replacing things, have you checked the fuses for these motors?

Yeah. Which really bums me out, because I had my hopes pinned on that being the problem

if you can check the circuit first before the motors... get a tester and have a friend try out the motors while you test them... you dont want to buy stuff that doesnt fix the problem... if the circuit works try and clean the connectors, if that still doesnt work, i know there are a hell of alot of old bmws piling up in scrap yards...
