I can not open or save the bentley manual on my computer is it really that hard? On my e-class mercedes they had little hex thingies making it super easy I think BMW would be somewhat similar. Thanx
Low beams have a upper outer adjuster that you access from the back in the the engine compart. A white plastic end which will snap if the adjuster is rusted. The lower inner adjuster is a phillips screw that you get through the grill. If you have not done an adjustment on the lights in a year the screws will be rusted. Take the grills off and remove the light assembly and free up the adjusters. If you dont you will be doning the work anyway but to replace your broken adjusters. If you are real smart you may buy the $3 dollar adjusters and just replace them and adjust your lights then let the new ones rust into place.
if you know someone who has a headlight adjustment kit that is the best way to go, there really is a science to it
