Bimmerdriver n00b Join Date: Feb 2010 Location: New Jersey Car: 2001 BMW 525i Posts: 3 Photos:	Just purchased a 2001 525i I purchased a 2001 525i 5spd this weekend, please give me your feedback on this type of BMW... This is also my first Bimmer, any tips, advice?.. For example, what type of oil do you guys recommend?

Welcome to the Werkz! E39s are beautiful. I love mine to death, despite the recent trouble. Just be aware that fixes can be costly at times. Any pictures?
