Well im trying to access my door acutator. I unscrewed the one screw located in the door handle. Ive undone all the clips ut it seems there is either a really tough clip or another SCREW where the armrest/handle is. Is there a screw there? I dont want to damage the panel by pulling too hard. Any info on this would help greatly.

Pry out the mirror switch, its a Torx T20 Screw behind there, remove that screw and I THINK thats it for screws, its all clips from there, to be safe, remove the screw for the door handle itself.
BTW, get a bentley service manual. just for the job you're describing its well worth it

No money for service manual. I figured it out right after I went back from this site to work on it except I dont have a long enough ellen wrench. I saw all the foam insulation and am thinkign of possibly removing it in the future as a weight saver, with the added bonus as I can hear my car more when im inside (which is a plus for me).
