Thanks for the feedback & advices. I don’t want to exceed the 1000 because I need to upgrade the handling & do few repairs. I will go for the maximum with this amount & I may not change the Exhausts at this stage.
One of my main concerns now is the driver & passenger seats which are worn & noisy. The dealer has shocked me yesterday when they told that they don’t sell the leather skin for the seats & therefore I need to do my own search
If $1,000 is your max budget, I would stick to the intake and chip tune. You might even be able to sneak an under drive pulley system in there as well and those do make a pretty big difference with how the engine revs up.
Onto the seats part, you could always go junk yard searching and see what you can find. Not too long ago I found a set of sport seats (color matching to my interior) out of a 2002 530i sport for $400. Unfortunately, I was stupid and didn't pick them up when I had the chance.
Oh, and I forgot. Turner Motorsport is a BMW specialist located in Massachusetts. They have a wide array of BMW stuff that they sell and build and engineer themselves. They also have international shipping as well which is a benefit for you.
Too lazy to check links, but very helpful & friendly with great advice! You Da Man!

Haha, I've been clicking on links all day because I had nothing better to do. Thanks for the rep as well, I happened to click on the user control panel to check something and I saw it there.
You've been even more active than me and you always have good advice so I'm giving you the rep right back.
