I was waiting to get a parking space at school and before I know it this girl in a gimpy space takes off and rams me!!!!! She get out and says OMG I am sorry I didnt look this way!!!!! Why would you not look the way you are driving?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Any whoooo. We called campus police and they sited her as the guilty party in a private property statement thing. I wanna know is when I call my insurance or whatever I am suppose to do to get a claim on her will they total my car. It looks like I am gonna need a bumper and quarter panel. If they want to total it out how hard will it be to get it back on the road? I live in Georgia and have heard some horror stories. Please someone help me. Sorry for rambling I am so tired and have a test tomorrow! THANKS!!! WISH ME LUCK!!!

I don't see how that can be a total, but if it is, ask for the $ and keep your car and use the $ to fix it. Oh, stupid drivers need to use the other seats in the car!
Picture would help us determain the extent of the damage... rear QP's are a pain to replace though....
