How to remove the window molding in here (Photos)

Hi!

I need to remove the window trimming from these photo,in the rear door window (the one in the photo, which has a plastic/rubber molding around it).
Its the part number 19 in the photo!



See my photo to understand what i mean, this is the right rear door.




Do i need to remove the glass too or can i remove the molding without need to remove the glass ? And do i need to apply any insulation next or its just remove molding and done ?
