i just bought H and R springs for my '01 E39. i dont know how to install them so im going to have to take it to a shop. how much am i looking to spend for spring installation? i dont want to get slammed without knowing the going rates. i live in Southen California (westminster). thanks guys.
it should take about 1 hour of labor. maybe two.
it has never taken me more than an hour to do it. probably looking at around $100 give or take. i wouldn't pay any more than that.
if u r good at wrenching, its pretty easy, and u can rent spring compressors from auto zone for a few $$. it will save alot of $$$ and you will have the satisfaction. im in ventura, if u want to, drive up here and u can pay me to do it.
Ventura...Hmmm how close is that to Saratoga/San Jose area? I want to get some new springs too and would pay you to install them for me. How much are springs anyways?
