Then added the dinan chip/intake manifold/exhaust. Then added either a short shifter or tranny chip(whichever drivetrain i got) and topped it off with a 4.27 rear end.
How fast do you guys think this would be?
Anyone ever run a little nitrous on those 535i's? like say a 50/75 shot wet.
I know the 535i is not a pure straightline car, but im curious as to what it will do.
You'd defintely notice some gains with the chip and that differential. Intake manifold? From where? Nitrous obviously would help. Make sure you get a complete kit though with a bottle warmer otherwise it'll be jsut for show.
I cant say how fast, but I would assume quite a bit saucier than stock.

Very cool. Didnt even know there were companies hat make better intake manifolds for the e34. To what extent it helps is still unknown.
But i'll tell you this much. Fromw hat I understand Dinan's old method of producing products liek an exhaust was basically take a factory exhaust system and gut it. Thy were strongly criticized for these products and hav since then changed their methods of producing exhaust systems. My only concern is that thsi manifold would be basically the stock manifold with some polish on the inside and powder coat on the outside
