How do I take the rear door panel off to fix my window?

Hey all, just registered here to find some help. The rear window of my 1999 528 is off track. Don't feel like taking it to the mechanic because it's a pretty frequent problem and I would like to learn to fix it myself. Please walk me through the steps. Thanks a lot!!!!
