How do I Reset Oil life on 2007 525i

Does anyone have the specifics on how to reset the oil life for the 2007 525i. I hold down the odometer button for 10 seconds and get some codes that I can't decipher. Any details on a step by step would be much appreciated. Also, I can't seem to find the master cylinder....need to change the brake fluid, do you know where they are hiding it?

I tried the steps several times, but keep getting hung up when I get the service icon to pop up after holding the odometer button for 5-10 seconds. The instructions say to let go of the odomoter button at that point and than press it quickly after that...at that point I am supposed to get the specific service icons that can be reset. Everytime I let go of the odometer button and press it quickly again, it simply goes back to the time and temp. I can't seem to get to the specific service icons like oil, brakes, etc. It may be "user" error on my part...but I thought I was following the directions exactly. Any other thoughts...it is a 2007..not sure if that makes a difference.
