I have heard others say in order to get the LKM (light control module) out you just pull it out. Well yesterday I opened up the fuse box on my 1990 e34 535i and I pulled with everything I had and that sucker wouldn't come out. It has to be more to it than just pulling. Is there something else holding that bad boy in there? How in the world do I get it out? Any help is appreciated.
Wow I should remember this i've done it 10 times before in my e34. Christ what was it? There might be a clip on it. Wow cant believe I dont remember this. Bump for you

Nevermind, I got it. Apparently I'm not as strong as I thought I was. It took more of a ripping motion than a pulling motion. All those damn pins make it hard to get out.
