Holy Shit Can This Be Done...e36 M3 Cams

cruising the turnermotorsport website i was poking around at thier chips...because...I want one. In the e34 Section there is a chip for a 2.5L engine with M3 cams.

E34 525i is listed as one of the applications for the chip. This got me thinking...M3 cams? 525i?

First question. Can It be done?

That includes the cams and the chip to run with them.

Since both cars, the e36 325i and the e34 525i run with the M50TU engine, and both use the same vanos system... and that part is listed for the 525i... it should fit correct?

Praying i answered my own question....anyone know where i can grab a set of m3 cams for the E36 cheap?

Another one....
What other delights are in store for me...perhaps using a 325i's cold air intake? even though the body styles are diffrent?

yes it can be done. same engine heads on those I'm pretty sure.

if the m50 engine from an e36 is the same on an e34 which I believe it is, I see no problem with this. however, the computers might be different :P

Wouldnt the chip correct that? as the e34 application is listed.

NOW....I need a job. or a Junked e36 with rear end damage so I can rip the cams out of it.
