Hi, about speedometer change

First of all hello everybody,i just got my first BMW yesterday,i live in Lithuaninia and i am new in this forum So the question :

Is there any posible way to change speedometer from that kind:

To the new one with pixel display :

circuit boards are different. connectors are different. It cannot work. Sorry...
