Hello, I'm new and have a couple questions. Just bought a 1991 535i manual in Bust Me Red, I love it, 75k, but two things don't work, and I wonder if they are typical problems that I don't know about.
The cruise control doesnt work. And the windshield washer, with a full tank of fluid, just makes the pump sound and a few drips (if that) come out of the nozzles on the hood. Any help or guidance would be deeply appreciated.
Thanks,
Kirkland Guy

check that the hose from the pump to the nozzles doesnt have any cuts or cracks in it. i mean if the pump is pumping/buzzing then this is probably the only problem.

as for the cruise control - i dont ever use it, so i dont even know if mine works.

Check the lines and such on the pump lines...

As for cruise contol, on these cars, they're kind of funky. It doesnt work as easily as some other cars do, Read the instruction manual and go from there.-
