Help finding secondary air system pump!

I just bought the code scanner for my '97 528i. It indicates "Secondary air system flow too low" for all cylinders. I've read that this is probably caused by a bad Secondary Air Pump and/or check valve. Does anyone know where these are located on the car, what they look like, how much they cost, or if it is an easy home job?:(

TIA

You have two problems. The secondary non-return valve is faulty and/or your secondary air pump is defective.

Take a look at this one for a 7 series

Thanks alot. I took a look and I'm not sure if I'm comfortable removing my bumper to get to that damn thing to replace it. I may give it a try though.<_<
