My 91' 525i makes a very weird sound coming from the middle air vent on the dash and doesnt seem to be working right. The a/c isnt that cold and the heat just isnt that hot. The sound is almost like a piece of paper is stuck in there or something and its pretty loud. Anybody know whats goin on and what i can do to fix it??

Sounds like your fan is going bad. Do yourself a favor and download the Bentley repair manual in the thread pinned at the top of this 5 series subforum. That should help you troubleshoot and repair way better than I (or anyone) could.
