I have a 1998 528i and need to know how to adjust the headrest. Is there a button? if so where? I have looked everywhere..

there is a button for the up and down and you manually adjust the tilt of it. (if you have power seats)

the button is on the side of the seat, it is the smaller one toward the back, just lift it straight up or push it straight down - the headrest will follow

Even the headrest moves up and down electrically on the power seats? You're just damn spoilt arent you.

my headrest motor (or switch) is dead on the drivers seat,... i have to test both to see which one it is one of these days.. i just yank it up and down by hand for now.
