ghead I am looking for an expert with Angel Eyes, I have Hella Angel Eyes on my '97 540i. I am dumbfounded as to why my passenger side light is out and the same side fog light as well. Does anyone know if there is a fuse or something that I am overlooking? This is really frustrating me and it is just a matter of time before I get a ticket for a busted headlight!

The lights have only been in the car for about 5 weeks.
did you ever get a warning that the light was out? "Check Headlights" or "Check Foglamp" (if not, then your LCM is fried, or the wiring is damaged between the LCM and the light.) I don't think this would be fuse related. Are you certain that the bulbs are ok?

Yeah I get the check headlight and check foglamp message. The bulbs are fine, I switched the driver side over and it worked out. It seems the problems is isolated to the passenger side.
In that case i would have to suspect wiring...the wiring on the left side actually has more room to move around. Unfortunately it is very close to the fan assembly. Check the entire wire harness and trace it from the headlight to the firewall. I suspect there is either a connection problem or the wire is cut somehow.
