93 525iT: the rear hatch window won't open when I use the handle in the tailgate. I can hear a click in the tailgate. The rear wiper and washer work fine. Took it to a repair place and they said the wiring harness had to be replaced. I'm not sure that is so since the wiper works. Any suggestions?
