Its one thing after another on this car i swear. only two days after getting it back from the dealership for the 600 repair job that a .99 cent hose clamp caused, today I get in the car to go to the store to get a car wash sponge and as soon as i pull out i hear this nasty grinding noise coming from the rear of the car! Im like wtf is the e-brake on? no. so i get out and have my dad listen and he says the sound is coming from the rear passenger wheel. We take the wheel off and look at the brakes. looks like the pad is stuck in the braking positing. but the wheel does not skid it turns. it making a horrible squealing sound and im afraid to drive it for fear of destroying my brakes. please help as im in need of fixing this thing so i can get back to school asap! I looked in the bentely manual and that was really no help. I also tried turning traction on and off that did not make any difference either. Please help!!

You didnt say if the rear pads were worn down or not... could they be worn to the squealer? try taking the pads off, check the wear. If they are ok, clean everything up and put them back together. Check your break fluid level, etc... if pads are worn out, get some new ones and slap em on.
