Hello everyone, and have a happy new year. I have a 97 E39 that has over 130k miles. It's still going strong, the best thing I love about this car is the manual trans, soooooo smooooooth.
Three years ago, I was in the hunt for a car after ten years of owning a 190E 2.3-16 and 275k miles later it started to require lots of works and parts were expensive and hard to find. After looking around between Lexus, Mercedes and BMW. I decided to get the BMW all because BMW still offers manual trans, and this is and the only selling point for me. Thank you BMW and keep up the good work, my next car is probabaly going to be a five hundred series AWD with manual trans of course.
