Hey all, I'd just like to say that as of yesterday i am once again liscenced to drive in the state of pennsylvania, after 3 months of waiting.
Anyway, now onto my problem.
The drivers side weatherstripping/trim piece that goes from the bottom right of the windshield up to the top middle is flying up, there is a clip in the middle that holds the two pieces together, I put that back on but the trim piece wont stay completley down. I'm unsure whether i should use adhesive to keep it down, as i'm not sure if in the event that i need a new windshield, that the person who replaces it will have a hard time getting the trim piece off.
Anyway, I'll post a pic of the problem if you guys need it, but in the meantime, are there clips that hold it in? the pages regarding this are mysteriously missing from my service manual.

What you need to do is pull it all the way off and put some windshield sealant on the underside of it. Press it back on and wala, your golden.
I did this, but with some spray adhesive to do a temp job, almost a year ago. Windshield didn't leak in any of the tropical stoms we had last winter, and frankly, I'm not going to mess with it.
