gm111.I have to replace the gm111 in my 03 530i,I found a used one from same year and model car but a different part number.Dose anyone knows if they are interchangeable and what is the difference between the high and low versions.

From memory the higher part numbers had later versions of the firmware, i.e. enhancements were made to the code within the module. Some of these may work without dealer involvement, but others may not.
