Gas leak bmw E39

Hi

I got a massive gas leak when i was filling gas.
It looked like it was leaken from the top of the gas tank but i'm not sure.

I had the car to a mechanic to replace my suspentions, and just before i was replace the fuel pump. I don't know if it can be because of that.

When i'm driving fast in a turn, i got a big leak on the road. But i can't locate where the leak is. Help! please

Can you remove the back seat and have a look at the inspection port that may have been used to service the fuel pump? It may well have been put on too loosely.

maybe your mechanic forgot to tighten the clamps on the filler pipe and overflow hose?

Thank you!

After I tighten the cover/ring over the inspection hole it stoped leaking!
