Morning guys, new to the forum so apologise for any mistakes.

Can anyone tell me how easy it is to gas flow the head of a 540i, and roughly how much am i looking at spending. More importantly name and contact detail of garages/individuals who can carry this out.

best regards

Kash

To port and polish a set of heads and achieve a reasonable result will involve 20-30 hours of work...........thats after you've got the heads off etc etc.
Dinan performance may run an exchange programme ?
You will notice very mininal improvement for all the expense, unless you fit a set of headers to go with the porting job.
The old saying is still the same......the more $ you spend.....the more horesepower you'll get !

All the best.
