Fusible Link - BMW Forum

I have a 98 528 and I am having strange electrical problems with the steering wheel, the radio, the car starting, the vanity mirrors, and the sun roof. I saw a few articles about fusible links in older cars. Does mine have one?

Check the ignition switch electrical portion. When you move the visors do you get odd lights in the dash...like flickering airbag warning lamp or anything? Let us know...this would/could be an ign switch problem.

Dirty tools

Is there a fix for air bag lights on. We did the reset, dealer changed sensors to get the red light back on 2 weeks later??

Yes there is flickering lights and air bag lights. How do I check the ignition switch. Please any advice if you can.
